What can I do for the black under eyes..

Please ignore how fat n disgustingly ugly i am..I am working on weight loss..but what can I do for these black circles under my eyes...then maybe the age spots? Ugh I can't stand my face..something affordable maybe? Thanks yall n please don't be mean tt
